instaPix NW loves themes and we have an extensive curated props trunk from traditional themes such as Holiday, Graduation, Mitzvah and Wedding to the more funky, non traditional theme like “Cheeseball”! What is a photo booth without props? Photo booth props encourages people to loosen up in front of the camera, be playful and have fun. After all, that’s the experience you wish each one of your guests to leave with at the end of your event. When it comes to props ideas, the sky is the limit because holding any object with a simple pose can help tell a great story in a still photo or Gif . From funny quotes to emoji faces and anything in between it is possible with instaPix NW! Custom props are also available. See package information for more detail.

CUSTOM DESIGNED TEMPLATES

Our photo booth templates are perfect for any event… because we design them especially for you! Unique and perfectly tailored to your wedding, party, awards evening, gala dinner, you name it. Our in-house graphic designer will design a frame worthy 4×6 print to match your event’s theme and style. With innumerable layout options, and a keen attention to detail, we can create a design just for you. Complete our Custom Event Questionnaire to help us get a feel for your event!

BEAUTIFUL BACKDROPS EXTEN

Choose from our standard Green Screen backdrop to offer your guests choices of pre-selected (by you) backgrounds. If Green Screen isn’t your style choose from one of our other standard backdrops including clean white, white sequin, or a tension fabric backdrop seen here. Custom backdrops are available by request for an additional fee.

THE RESERVATION AND RENTAL PROCESS

Check availability: Call, email or submit Get in touch form.
Choose your package.
Select options and upgrades.
Select backdrop. If Green Screen, we will have you fill out our Custom Event Questionnaire to choose your backgrounds.
Sign Rental Contract.
Pay 50% retainer fee to secure your date.
Balance will be due 30 days prior to event date.
After we receive the Contract and retainer, we will send you an email with a timeline of what to expect from us, as well as some photo booth tips to get the most out of your photo booth experience for your event.
